Most recent credit card statements.
Current mortgage payment booklet or statement.
Name, address and telephone number of your landlords.
Car or personal loan booklets or statements.
Leases.
30 days paycheck stubs.
The last two years of W-2 forms.
The last two years of personal tax returns.
The last two years of business tax returns.
Profit and Loss on business year to date.
Divorce decrees.
Bankruptcy papers including discharge and list of debtors.
Plat of survey.
Letter of explanation for cash out, adverse credit, or bankruptcy.
Gift letter with a copy of the donors bank statements and copy of the check.
Purchase agreements, land contracts or real estate contracts.
Canceled earnest money check and bank statement.
